We understand that plans can change. Cobracode.shop, provides a flexible order cancellation process.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped for a 100% refund, including GST.

Simply visit My Orders → Cancel Order or email
tech@pixelpure.in with your order details.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- However, you may refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the order.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
- The refund will include any GST amount charged on the cancelled item.
4. Order Auto-Cancellation
- Payment not received or verified.
- Delivery address incomplete or unserviceable.
- Product out of stock or discontinued.
5. GST Compliance
Invoices for cancelled orders will be voided, and any applicable GST will be reversed as per Indian Tax Regulations under the GST Act, 2017.
